Leafless tea, without the caffeine.

Tea in Asia does not necessarily contain tea leaves. Tea can be of roots, flowers, berries and various plant types.

The following recipe is one that is highly recommended for those who are studying and currently in need of a good nights sleep. With ingredients that are not only full of anti oxidents but also heat neutralisers and Burdock which is known for the maintenance of liver health.

03 pcs - Dried Burdock
15 pcs - Dried Chrysanthemums
10 pcs - Dried Goji Berries
02 pcs - Dried Longan
(Ratios can be tailored to personal taste)

Grind Burdock, Chrysanthemum and Goji berries together for the blend of flavour, combining Longan pieces together at the end.
Please use water of at least 80 degrees Celsius, this tea provides a rich woody flavour with a hint of sweetness from the Goji, Longan and Chrysanthemums.

DISCLAIMER: This tea should only be consumed before sleep after completing all tasks. As this tea is relaxant and soothes the body to a great extent. Personal Experience (:D)
